Work Based Learning [Training/Apprenticeships]

The Work Based Learning team provide Apprenticeship programmes to businesses across the South Wales area. The programmes on offer integrate work based training with further education and personal development training.

We have a dedicated team of assessors, lecturers and mentors who provide support to employers and apprentices. We strive to provide the right programme, the right training and the right apprentice, working with employers and apprentices to enable everyone to reach their potential.

We have recently received an ESTYN quality inspection where areas of 'Outstanding Practice' were identified. We also have successful apprentices and companies who have won regional awards for their work with the Apprenticeship programme.
