How to Enrol [part time]

Please enrol early to avoid disappointment and to ensure your class can start as quickly as possible on the first night.

We don't enrol students in the classroom. If you haven't enrolled before your first class and still want to attend please contact the college on 01792 284000 to confirm that the course is still available.

Remember to bring any supporting documentation with you and check if there is someone available to interview you [if applicable] particularly during the summer months.

The Welsh Assembly Government now requires the college to verify the identity of all learners. When you first attend college you must bring with you some proof of your identity such as:

  • Passport
  • Validate Card
  • Employee ID card
  • Driving licence
  • National Insurance Card
  • Bank Credit/Debit Card
  • Proof of Benefits
  • Examination Results Slip
     

Payment
Payment can be made by cash, cheque [supported by a valid cheque guarantee card], Switch, debit or credit card.

Enrolling at Tycoch
Enrol online [where applicable] if you do not need an interview and are not eligible for a discount.

You can also enrol in person at Tycoch:

Non-term time
Monday - Thursday 9am-4.30pm
Friday 9am-4pm

Term time
Monday - Thursday 9am-7pm
Friday 9am-4pm

Evening enrolment sessions
Monday 13th - Wednesday 15th September, 5pm-7.30pm

If you don't need an interview you can also enrol at the Business College [01792 284400], the Kingsway Centre [01792 284450] and Llwyn y Bryn [01792 284021.] It's recommended that you phone ahead at these sites to double check that someone is available to enrol you as some operate term-time only.
