Students come to Llwyn y Bryn to explore a diverse range of areas including Performing Arts, Media, Fashion, Film, Photography and Music at ‘A,’ ‘AS’ and BTEC levels.
Many past students have gone onto successful careers as actors, dancers and photographers.
The campus provides students with 21st century facilities set within the beautiful early-20th century former Girls’ High School building.
Llwyn y Bryn boasts specialist studios for the study of Ceramics, Fashion and Graphic Art. Brand new digital darkrooms feature the very latest technology for Photography students while Media students can take full advantage of the radio and TV production studios.
There is a light and airy Dance studio and, next door, the Counterpoint Theatre is where Performing Arts students stage college productions throughout the year. Our Art and Design [Fashion] students also host their end-of-year catwalk shows at Counterpoint.
A fully equipped recording studio enables students to produce original music.
A modern, multimedia Learning Resource Centre offers students a peaceful place to study and revise.
