Health and Social Care

The Health and Social Care sector is the largest employer in Wales with career opportunities continually growing. A wide range of employment opportunities exist within the private, statutory and voluntary sectors and across all life stages [e.g. the Probation Service, Social Services, hospitals, day and residential care centres, playgroups, nurseries and schools.]
A selection of courses has been developed to give learners the specialist knowledge and skills relevant to gain professional employment within this sector.
