Our Hospitality and Catering courses not only give students the background and foundation to the industry but respond to the exact needs on an innovative and creative industry.
All the courses allow students to have an insight into the growth of the industry and the development of the sector on a local, national and international scale.

Students can apply for Apprenticeships or to a range of HND or degree courses in related subjects. Students can also join management training schemes in industry.
In our newly refurbished training restaurant – The Vanilla Pod – students serve and cook for staff and guests in a realistic commercial environment. The mobile demonstration kitchen gives students the opportunity to showcase their abilities in our school road show and at competitions.
The courses are assignment based with practical assessments in food preparation, cooking and food service.
