The media industry is a developing sector in Swansea and the local area with a range of companies now working in interactive media. Worldwide developments in media communication mean that growing technologies demand a high level of skills in these areas.

Students can apply for a range of HND or degree courses in relevant sectors including media production, public relations, communication, multimedia and photography.

There are a variety of up-to-date facilities including a radio studio and digital darkroom, TV and multimedia studios and digital edit suites.

Students also have the opportunity to work with external clients.

First and National Diploma courses are assessed through a range of practical projects. AS/A Level courses are assessed through a combination of coursework and examinations.
